It started in a dream and it be came a reality. Golden Rewards 344 is established in a dream and on the 1 March 2004 the company operated for the first time with only 13 employees. Today, the total number of contract employees is ± 240.

The company’s strength is in its ability to listen to clients needs and their wants and to ensure that all employees are satisfied in their working environment,

“Rewarding is our priority” is a statement that don’t go unnoticed. The company philosophy is to “reward” their employees, through bonuses or entertainment benefits. This is to illustrate how important they are to the business.

Employees are the heart of the business. All of them are focused in getting the job done, as quickly and efficiently as possible. Employees always seek the ability to grow and the willingness to learn. Employee’s performances are monitored on a daily basis.

Its aim is to grow and it became a reality in 2005 when company enter into the labour market. This contributes to the South African economy as it decreases the employment rate. The company selection and recruitment was primarily focus on the designate group (all women, blacks, coloureds, and disability people)

In 2006 the company continued to grow as it supplied general labourers to different departments in one of the biggest retail company in South Africa. Another successful story that happened was that the company supplied a neighbouring factory (SA Biggest Retail Company) with general labours.

A new member was added to the business in 2007. The member is Graham Alexander son of founding member John Alexander. Now together, this father and son are creating a successful business with beliefs, values and goals. Their strategy is to be, leaders in the retail industry by supporting clients through their beliefs, values and goals.
